ABOUT THE CONEPTUAL PROJECT

The project began with the Creative Boom’s concept of two best friends who traded the corporate grind for their true passion, choosing to build a brand stitch by stitch.

The brand concept and identity was inspired by the art of embroidery, especially cross-stitch, which was a nod to the patience required to grow something from nothing. That furthered my concept and helped me develop a grid-based (color-blocked) system along with a cross-stitched floral icon. I really wanted to translate the physical stitch into digital pixels so that I could scale the brand effortlessly from an embroidered merchandise piece to a business card, maintaining a 360° consistency.
